As it turns out, self-improvement is a two way street. Our thoughts and emotions can affect our habits and behaviors, but our habits and behaviors can also affect our thoughts and emotions. Sometimes it might be better to approach a problem by focusing on habit change, rather than only working on how you think or feel about a situation.
